Our first selection is a Dill Pickle Club publication called “Portland’s Black Panthers.â€Â Written by Sarah Mirk and illustrated by Khris Soden, “Portland Black Panthers” was also a past pick for IPRC’s Zine of the Month. The Black Panthers have an important and intricate role in Portland’s History, conveyed brilliantly in this small history zine. Read it before the meeting date and come discuss your thoughts.
