Main Studio

UPDATE 7/8/21
We’re easing back into the swing of things with Saturday Main Studio Open Hours from 1-6 PM! Limit 5 people. Call ahead starting at noon on Saturdays to see if there’s room for you to stop by – 503-827-0249. Masks required.

This is for the Main Studio only – computers, copiers, work tables, staplers, etc. Appointments ahead of time are still required for the risograph, letterpress, and screenprint studios.

We’re scheduling appointments Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 12-6pm, and for printmaking studios on Saturdays. Please contact our Studio Manager, Jakelen at to check on available times and to schedule an appointment.

Members are required to wear masks while working in the studio and to answer the following state-determined questions before arrival:

  1. Have you travelled out of state in the past 14 days?
If yes, has it been 14 or more days since receiving a final COVID-19 vaccine?
  2. Have you had a new or worsening cough?
  3. Have you had a fever?
  4. Have you had shortness of breath?
  5. Have you been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
If yes, has it been 14 or more days since receiving a final COVID-19 vaccine?
  6. Are you wearing a face mask right now and do you agree to wear it at all times in the studio?

Each work station is positioned more than 6-feet apart, and equipped with hand sanitizers and disinfectant wipes. We ask members to wear their own masks, but we have disposable masks and gloves available if necessary.

Please make sure your membership is current before booking an appointment. Email for any questions about membership. Everything the IPRC does is on a sliding scale, no one is turned away for lack of funds.

The main studio is an open workspace where you can focus on projects and build creative community. Access to the main studio is included in both the Basic and Studio Membership.
