NOTE: Due to recent tragic events we will be postponing the Portland Lyric event until early July. Tomorrow, June 16th, there will be a Pre-Pride Vigil for the Victims at Pulse Nightclub, at 7pm at the Q Center. Our event would have conflicted with this vigil. We support spaces of mourning, healing, love and community. As such, we’ll push our event to early July. More details coming soon.

Portland Lyric puts on paper the work of seven of the city’s brightest young Hip Hop and R & B artists. Join us for a summer evening book launch, reading, and panel discussion with the author/musicians on their creative process and sources of inspiration.
