Yoga for Artists and Writers
With Julia Tillinghast (200hr RYT, Sola School of Contemplative Arts)
An accessible, all-levels class for visual artists, writers, printmakers, and other crafts-folk to increase overall strength, mobility, and balance, and address the repetitive strain and chronic posture imbalances endemic to our work. The class will incorporate mind-body centering, breath work, and meditation to promote mental and emotional grounding and ease. Open to all bodies and levels from beginner to advanced. Sliding Scale. Suggested donation $5-15.
All proceeds go to the IPRC. No one turned away for lack of funds.
