Intro to Linoleum Relief Printing: Making Postcards!

In this workshop you will learn how to carve and print a small linoleum relief block on the poster press, creating your own set of postcards! We will go over different approaches and techniques for carving your block and how versatile relief printing can be, with tips for combination with other mediums. We will learn about how to properly lockup a block on the poster press, print and make a small edition of postcard prints. Attendants of this workshop will leave with an edition of one color printed, ready to mail cards!
