Poet and editor David Abel is the proprietor of Passages Bookshop in Portland, Oregon. Two new books were released late in 2017: Selected Durations, a limited-edition, letterpress artist’s book published by the Black Rock Press at the University of Nevada, Reno, and XIV Eclipses, a series of poems from Couch Press in Portland; two others are forthcoming in 2018: Sequitur Her, from press-press-pull in Portland, and Equifinality, from Crane’s Bill in Albuquerque. A founding member of the Spare Room reading series (now in its seventeenth year), he is also an occasional curator and educator, and a consultant with the Center for Art + Environment at the Nevada Museum of Art in Reno.
Zosia Wiatr is a poet based in Portland, OR. She was the recipient of the 2017 Airstream Poetry Festival Fellowship. Her poems most recently appear in SUSAN / The Journal. Her chapbook, Atlas of Negotiable Trajectories, was released by Couch Press in 2015.
Aaron Simon is the author of Carrier (Insurance Editions 2006), Periodical Days (Green Zone Editions, 2007), Senses Himself, (Green Zone Editions, 2014), Rain Check Poems (BlazeVOX [books], 2015), and On My Way(Breather Editions, 2018). His recent poems have appeared in NoWhere, The Delineator, and Across the Margin. He lives in Oakland, CA.
