Carly Joy Miller, Keegan Lester & Brandon Jordan Brown

Carly Joy Miller is the author of Ceremonial (Orison Books, 2018), selected by Carl Phillips as the winner of the 2017 Orison Poetry Prize, and the chapbook Like a Beast (Anhinga Press, 2017), winner of the 2016 Rick Campbell Chapbook Prize. Her work has appeared in The Adroit Journal, Blackbird, Boston Review, Gulf Coast, West Branch and elsewhere. She is a contributing editor for Poetry International and a founding editor of Locked Horn Press.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Keegan Lester is an American writer. His collection, this shouldn’t be beautiful but it was & it was all I had so i drew it, won the 2016 Slope Editions Book Prize selected by Mary Ruefle, and is finishing a collection of essays called “It Is Believed that Dinosaurs Once Cooed like Doves.” His recent work has been published in The Boston Review, The Journal, Hobart, Shallow Ends, and Long Reads, and has been mentioned in Rolling Stone Magazine, NPR, and Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown.

 

 

 

Brandon Jordan Brown is an Alabama-born poet living in Portland, Oregon. He is a 2014 PEN America Emerging Voices Fellow, winner of the 2016 Orison Anthology Poetry Prize, and his poetry-film “XOXO” was a recent selection at Cadence: A Video Poetry Festival. His poems have appeared or are forthcoming in The Journal; RHINO Poetry; YemasseeBirmingham Poetry Review; Forklift, Ohio and elsewhere.
