March 2013: Ian Sundahl’s Social Discipline #6

sd06

Ian Sundahl is a painter, comic artist, filmmaker and actor who has lived in Eugene, Reno, San Francisco and currently resides in Portland, OR.

“I like to think of Social Discipline as a compendium of the graphic work I have been doing.  I don’t sit down and try to create the magazine, but rather it collects things I’ve been examining.  I did not publish my work until the last few years, so the first two issues are mostly older material.  Pieces in the publication have been a variety of simply drawings, traditional comic format stories and also more experimental words and drawings working together in some form.”

Ian’s website is turbooverdrive.com

Further issues of Ian’s self published works can be ordered from Sparkplug Comic Books, Studygroupcomics.com, ProfanityHill.blogspot.com and found in Floating World and Powell’s in Portland.
